Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to support stores in Cambridge, MN as an independent contractor. You will stock, merchandise, and execute projects to uphold brand standards and visual presentation, while building strong relationships with store teams and reporting on progress via mobile tools.

The role offers a flexible, project-based schedule, competitive hourly pay ($16-$18) based on market and experience, and opportunities to participate in large-scale merchandising

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
