Winston Retail is seeking an Retail Support Merchandiser in Owatonna, MN for independent contractor work. You will stock, merchandise, and execute retail projects across stores, maintaining brand standards and presenting products effectively.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and move in retail environments for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; heavier lifts with assistance as needed.
• Ability to work in refrigerated/freezer areas for limited times.
• Comfort with smartphones and reporting applications for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish and merchandise products to maintain brand standards.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets and promotional initiatives.
• Build relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and proper product placement.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges and project updates.
• Schedule and manage store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality, professionalism and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution as needed.
