Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals to serve as Critical Incident Responders in North Dakota. This contractor role involves on-site crisis support for organizations and staff impacted by workplace disruptions in the Bismarck area.

Independently licensed clinicians with a master’s degree and active malpractice coverage are encouraged to apply. Training through R3C or CIR approval is required for readiness.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in North Dakota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.
