Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our North Dakota network as Critical Incident Responders. You will provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

As an independent contractor, you will enjoy a flexible schedule with case-by-case assignments and simple electronic reporting through our mobile app. ND licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist) and a master’s degree in mental health are required.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in North Dakota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist)
• Master’s degree in mental health
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance: $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C CIR training or provide proof of approved CIR training
