R3 Continuum seeks diverse behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support across North Dakota. This contract consultant role offers flexible case-by-case assignments and opportunities to support communities and local businesses after disruptive workplace events.

Applicants must hold ND independent licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW/Psychologist) and a master's in mental health, with professional liability coverage. CIR training is required or must be provided by R3C.

Competenze

• Independently licensed in North Dakota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after a disruptive workplace event.
• Work on a flexible, case-by-case basis with independent scheduling.
• Complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide approved CIR training.
