Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking an on-site Critical Incident Responder (Licensed Mental Health Professional) to support organizations in Iron Mountain and nearby areas in Michigan. This contractor role involves crisis response for employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Ideal candidates are independently licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or Psychologist) with a master’s degree in mental health and valid malpractice insurance. Willingness to complete R3C crisis training is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or Psychologist)
• Master's degree in mental health required
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 required
• Willing to complete R3C’s crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive workplace events.
• Coordinate with local teams in Iron Mountain and surrounding areas in Michigan.
• Maintain simple electronic reporting via our mobile app.
