Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions seeks Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors supporting military service members in Nevada and across installations. Most work occurs on weekends with occasional weekday shifts under RHRP, travelling to remote locations as needed.

Applicants must hold an active NP license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and have experience in primary/urgent/occupational health.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred
• Adaptable to fast paced environments and large volumes of service members

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns requiring immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using the proprietary system.
