Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide independent contractor services for military service members. The role emphasizes weekend availability with occasional weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the United States, at various locations including remote installations.

You will support health assessments and document readiness using our system.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of service members.
• Review health history, medical records and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns that need immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
