Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Nurse Practitioners to independently contract and provide health assessments for U.S. military service members in Idaho and beyond.

Most work weekends with occasional weekday shifts as needed through the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). Responsibilities include health history review, interview of personnel, and documentation for readiness classifications.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Idaho.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health.
• Experience with mobile medical services.
• Ability to travel and weekend availability.
• Not required to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record.
