As an independent consultant with SemperGROW, your creative thinking, management, analytical and leadership skills will be put to work to assist clients transform their organization and/or processes. Additionally, as an independent consultant you will:

• Research client organizations and their industry. Conduct interviews and focus groups, facilitate workshops, management teams and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential issues, establish proposed solutions, translate data into useful insights, work closely with key decision makers.
• Develop plans to implement recommendations, manage the execution and move clients to take action.

Qualifications

General qualifications include, but may not be limited to:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA, Certifications or other related experience in the field.
• Experience in consulting, starting a business or similar environment.
• Be a team player but independent thinker.

Additional Information

LOCATION: THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE.

This position is an independent contract position. Selected consultants will be added to our roster for future projects.
