Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) is seeking a Commercial Property Inspector to travel to various commercial properties, assess physical condition, occupancy and management, and prepare detailed reports from a home office. You will contact property managers, schedule inspections, take photos, and compile findings using the company system, Excel, or Word.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with property inspections or real estate is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and own PC-based computer with Windows 10 or newer
• Proficient in Excel and Word and able to generate clear reports

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email or phone
• Conduct physical inspections of properties in assigned territory
• Take digital photos and insert into reports using company system or Excel/Word
• Attend training or meetings as required
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and ethics
