Strategic Asset Services, LLC (SAS) seeks Commercial Property Inspectors to travel to commercial properties nationwide, assessing physical condition, occupancy and management. Inspectors operate from a home office, coordinating with property managers to schedule and complete inspections, and to prepare reports in the company system.

The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, own equipment (camera, laptop, printer, scanner) and reliable car for territory coverage, including

Qualifications

• Own a PC-based (non-Apple) computer with Windows 10 or newer.
• Access to Microsoft Excel and Word (Version 2013 or newer).
• Be a self-starter and require little motivation.
• Stays on top of assignments, avoiding last-minute crunches.
• Availability to work at least two full days.
• Access to a reliable car with the ability to cover a wide territory.
• Be able to climb fixed vertical ladders.

Responsibilities

• Set site inspection appointments with clients via email and/or phone calls.
• Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory.
• Take digital photos of properties using a camera, smartphone or smart tablet.
• Type and insert photos into a report via the company website or in Excel or Word.
• Attend training or meetings as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
