Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of general liability litigation from inception to resolution.
• Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
• Lead all aspects of litigation strategy, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, settlements, and witness preparation.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and insurers with regular updates and litigation plans.
• Provide sound legal advice and strategic counsel at all stages of litigation.
