Qualifications

• 4–6 years of civil litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned caseload in business and general liability litigation from inception to resolution.
• Appear in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
• Lead litigation strategy, draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery.
• Serve as primary contact for corporate clients and insurers with regular updates and plans.
