The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of civil litigation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and an active Ohio Bar license. You will collaborate with a dynamic team while managing strategy, filings, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned general liability litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
• Lead all aspects of litigation strategy, including pleadings, discovery, motions, settlements, and witness preparation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and insurers with regular updates and strategic litigation plans.
• Provide sound legal advice and strategic counsel to clients at all stages of litigation.
