Zusammenfassung

Stratus is seeking a Civil-Structural Engineer to plan, design, and construct or repair building and infrastructure projects in the United States. You will manage projects from idea to occupancy with autonomy, applying industrial experience in plants and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities include detailed drawings and calculations, code compliance, field investigations, QA on submittals, and coordinating with designers. Travel up to 10% within the continental US.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of engineering experience.
• ABET-accredited degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis preferred.
• EIT is required; PE is a plus.
• Working knowledge of STAAD Pro, Ram Elements, or RISA 3D.
• Experience with Autodesk products (CAD, Advanced Steel) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications to align with project goals.
• Perform structural analysis using software and hand calculations.
• Develop knowledge of building codes (state, IBC, ASCE, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers/drafters to produce construction drawings.
• Conduct field investigations and document existing conditions.
• Develop detailed reports and repair recommendations.
• Provide construction phase services such as submittal reviews and RFIs.
• Meet project budgets and schedules with the team.
• Travel up to ~10% within the continental US.
