You’ll deliver residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology, set your own schedules, choose assignments, and meet production goals while receiving support from the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser
• Strong time management and results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Geographic competency in real estate trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsabilités

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology and methods.
• Complete property inspections and prepare accurate valuation reports.
• Set schedules, select assignments, and manage production goals within the Velox Valuations franchise.
• Maintain high-quality client service and compliance with appraisal standards.
