Job summary

Velox Valuations Las Vegas, an independent franchisee, is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its team. You will provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology, setting your own schedules, selecting assignments, and pursuing production goals.

We offer bi-weekly pay, monthly incentive plans, wealth planning options, generous PTO, and expense reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser credential required.
• Capable of modern collaborative valuations.
• Self-motivated with high energy and results-driven.
• Able to manage time efficiently and meet monthly minimums.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Geographic competency in real estate trends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Able to complete physical property inspections.
• No current or pending state disciplinary actions.
• Meet or exceed monthly minimum production.
