Aflac Jackson Township, NJ is recruiting Insurance Agents with full training provided. You will work with businesses and individuals to plan supplemental coverage, earning commissions, bonuses, residuals and stock as you build your own business within the Aflac family.

You'll start with on-the-job training and licensing support, operate in a local field-based setting, and enjoy flexible scheduling, a strong brand, and the opportunity for growth through leadership and additional product lines.

Qualifikationen

• Be an advisor to business owners.
• Prior sales experience is welcome but not required.
• On-the-job training is built into onboarding.

Aufgaben

• Sales: presentations, B2B management, enrollment and education on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions: provide strategic and executable solutions for clients.
• Marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Customer/client/business owner relationship management.
• Leadership and management of customer relationships.
• Benefits expertise: enrollment, counseling, and works-site liaison.
• Maintaining state licensing (Life/Health or other).
