Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician with an experienced background and uncapped earning potential. This 100% commission-based role offers first-year earnings of $50,000-$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+.

You will travel to customers to perform touch-ups and repairs, working at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Expect an environment that rewards performance with unlimited income, excellent benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Great communicationskills and a customer-first mindset
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, andlift upto 45lbs
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minorautomotive reconditioning activities such aspaint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations
