Job summary

Alacrity Solutions is seeking Independent Auto Appraisers to verify and provide electronic estimates for automobile repairs to support settlements. You will review assignments, talk with owners or representatives, research records, and inspect vehicles to ensure accurate claims handling.

Ideal candidates have experience in auto inspections, detailed reporting, and familiarity with estimating platforms (Mitchell, CCC, Audatex). A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Promptly and effectively handles all assignments, making decisions per client policies and procedures.
Keeps up-to-date with local repair procedures and pricing.
Shows working knowledge of insurance regulations and state rules.
Submits detailed auto inspections and damage summaries; notes open items.
Identifies damages and communicates findings to client clearly.
Inspects vehicle angles (interior/exterior) to assess repair needs.
Estimates repair requirements and costs; negotiates costs where applicable.
Delivers strong customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Meets cycle-time and quality KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
