The role involves verifying and providing electronic cost estimates, speaking with owners or representatives, researching records, and inspecting relevant property to ensure client satisfaction and approval of settlements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years field claims experience including auto claims.
• Electronic estimating experience using Mitchell, CCC, Audatex.
• 1+ year of strong customer service and conflict resolution.
• 1+ year of independent work capability (self-motivated).
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments to conclusion within client policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of local industry repair procedures and market pricing.
• Submit detailed auto inspections and damage reports.
• Identify potential damages and communicate findings to client.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience to clients and claimants.
• Meet cycle-time and quality KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
