Alacrity Solutions, with a national footprint and local Lansing presence, seeks experienced Independent Auto Appraisers to verify and provide electronic estimates for auto repairs. You will review owner discussions, research records, and inspect vehicles to secure client approval.

Qualifications

• State licensing required (if applicable).
• Appraiser’s license – if applicable to location.
• Adjuster’s license - if applicable to location.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and effectively handles to conclusion all assignments.
• Maintains current knowledge of local industry repair procedures and local market pricing.
• Submits detailed auto inspections and reports.
• Identify potential damages and communicate findings with client.
• Inspect all angles of vehicle and establish repair requirements and estimates.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience to clients.
• Meet cycle-time and quality KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Articulate decisions and technical knowledge verbally and in writing.
• Contact Alacrity clients to complete inspections/appraisals within time frames.
