The Bland Landscaping Company/Foster’s Lake & Pond Management is seeking an Aquatics Specialist to perform lake, pond, and stormwater maintenance with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and safety across projects.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting fountains, managing vegetation, reporting to the Service Manager, and maintaining client relationships. Travel may be required and adherence to company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in environmental/water resources preferred.
• Experience operating boats and heavy equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Autonomy: perform maintenance on lakes, ponds, and stormwater devices with minimal supervision.
• Scope Management: ensure all contract requirements are met.
• Quality Control: pass monthly audits with 80%+ score.
• Cross-Divisional Excellence: positive feedback from all divisions.
