Qualifications

• Entry-level field position learning aquatic management, stormwater maintenance, construction and repair services, preventative and corrective maintenance, and retail operations.
• SCM Certification within the first year and North Carolina Aquatic Pesticide Applicator Certification within the first year will be pursued.
• Strong safety mindset and professional conduct in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pond, lake, and stormwater management projects as directed by supervisors and Project Managers.
• Support construction and repair services and learn basic field techniques.
• Assist retail operations and inventory-related activities as assigned.
• Learn corrective maintenance procedures and demonstrate improvement.
• Become proficient in basic equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Learn facility maintenance responsibilities and complete proficiency checklists in year one.
• Utilize timekeeping software daily and clock into assigned jobs.
