Triangle Pond Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Aquatics Specialist to contribute to maintaining healthy aquatic systems across North Carolina. Applicants should be dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy outdoor work.

The role requires valid driver’s license, comfort in outdoor environments, and preferably 1-2 years of experience. Duties include managing maintenance routes, inspecting stormwater devices, and applying herbicides. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven experience in relevant field preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in an outdoor environment.
• Experience in lake and pond management or pest control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a maintenance route using a company vehicle.
• Inspect stormwater devices and apply herbicides.
• Remove aquatic plants and clear debris.

Skills

Valid driver’s license

Strong attention to detail

Written and verbal communication skills

Basic to intermediate math skills

Ability to swim

Education

Environmental study (Fisheries, Wildlife Management, etc.)
