Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of FLPM operations including preventive maintenance, construction and repair services, retail operations, and corrective maintenance.
• Perform fieldwork related to aquatic management and stormwater management.
• Learn and use company timekeeping, calendar, and HR software.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and digital records accurately and on time.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
