Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Paddock at Park Row in Arlington, TX. This is a tax credit property with 350 units. Pay is up to $29.00 an hour, depending on experience, certifications, skills and education.

The role requires diagnosing and performing major, minor and routine maintenance and repairs, while delivering excellent service to residents. On-call availability is required, and benefits include HSA, 401(k) match, paid holidays and more.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities
