Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Park Manor in Great Falls, MT. This HUD property has 103 units and will pay up to $24 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Typical duties include diagnosing and performing major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs while delivering excellent resident service. On-call availability and reliable independence are required. Benefits and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications
