• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to achieve their independence and implement the participant’s plan.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Complete participant data and documentation via web-based platforms by deadlines.
• Submit timesheets and required paperwork by deadlines.
• Attend department meetings and trainings as required.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment.
• Respond to emergencies per organizational procedures.
