Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• One to three-plus years’ related experience.
• Flexibility to work an eight-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute support center programs to assist EY employees with reporting requirements and compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and other centers to improve service levels.
• Train new employees on the EY Personal Independence Policy.
• Follow up on requests to drive process completion and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Understand and apply US firm independence rules and policies.
