Job summary

EY is seeking a candidate to join the Risk Management team within the Independence function, supporting compliance with professional standards and independence rules across EY engagements.

You will develop programs, assess compliance, and remediating issues with stakeholders, while training new staff on EY Personal Independence Policy. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to collaborate globally within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• One to three-plus years’ related experience.
• Flexibility to work an eight-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute support center programs for reporting requirements.
• Assess compliance and track findings.
• Remediate issues with key stakeholders.
• Train new employees on EY Personal Independence Policy.
• Monitor testing programs for effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Risk Management and EY teams on independence rules.
