EY in the United States is seeking a Risk Management professional within the Independence function. You will support EY engagement teams in upholding personal independence standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• One to three-plus years related experience.
• Flexibility to work an eight-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute support center programs for EY employees reporting requirements and compliance.
• Collaborate with other support center professionals to improve service levels.
• Train new employees and inform them about the EY Personal Independence Policy.
• Follow up on requests from Risk Management consultants and EY employees to drive process completion.
• Understand and apply independence rules and policies of EY and regulators.
• Coordinate with EY staff to obtain background materials for reviewing business relationships.
• Act as liaison between EY personnel and Risk Management and other functional areas.
• Build and leverage a network within Risk Management and the US firm.
• Propose improvements for efficiency, controls, and customer service.
• Troubleshoot skills as required by role.
