Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving history.
• Ability to obtain required background checks and security clearance.
• Experience with assistive technology or life-skills coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized services in-home, community, work, or virtual settings throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Facilitate and implement individualized service plans based on participant goals.
• Teach life skills aligned with MAPs goals through the use of technology.
• Assess participant needs and recommend appropriate enabling technology.
• Integrate and train participants on technology (tablets, apps, smart devices, Alexa, VR).
• Develop service plans prior to services and complete documentation (notes, progress, evidence).
• Support milestone completion, assessments, and outcome tracking.
• Utilize tools like VCRM for person-centered planning.
• Communicate with participants, families, stakeholders, and team members regularly.
• Maintain consistent scheduling, reliability, and professionalism.
• Schedule next services before concluding current sessions.
