Job summary

Supports is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to assist an active individual in home and community settings. You’ll help with mobility, daily activities, and engaging in art, music, and events to promote participation and independence.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED (or 1 year of relevant experience), 18+ years old, and valid driver’s license. Weekend or fill-in shifts may be required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Clearances and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participating in creative activities such as art, music, concerts, and community events.
