Job summary

Ada S. McKinley Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Person (DSP) to provide direct services for adults residing at the Community Day Services site.

The DSP assists with daily life skills, personal tasks, and programming, and documents progress toward ISP goals. This role requires a high school diploma, being 18 or older, and at least 6 months’ experience in DSP/CNA roles. The position offers a daytime schedule, a competitive hourly rate, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Requires 6 months of DSP/CNA/Caregiver experience with disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Implements training programs to increase independence and skills.
