MHMR of Tarrant County seeks a Day Habilitation Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building daily living skills and increasing independence through structured, personalized support.

You will lead skill-building activities, encourage community involvement, and help create a safe, positive environment where progress is real and measurable, empowering each person to grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Six months of health and human services direct care experience.
