Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required for transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness.
• Accompany people to work, appointments, activities.
• Teach independent living skills.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Foster positive relationships within the community.
• Assist with personal care and home duties.
• Document the care you provide.
• Support understanding of human, legal, and civil rights.
