Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Incoming QA Inspector in Philadelphia, PA to verify incoming materials against drawings and specifications. The role ensures compliance with cGMP and QMS, maintains records, and communicates non-conformances with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and basic instrument knowledge. On-site position with collaboration across Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic test instrumentation such as scales, balances, micrometers, calipers, rulers, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
• Basic understanding of cGMP requirements and AQL sampling plans
• Legible handwriting
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Maintain inspection records and procedures per QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Record results and disposition material per approved processes.
• Create documentation (photos, PowerPoint) of non-conforming material for suppliers.
• Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production to resolve non-conformances.
