Job summary

Contract Pharmacal Corp. in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an Inspector, QA Manufacturing to ensure product quality through all phases of production in accordance with current good manufacturing practices.

You will perform in-process monitoring, collect samples, support environmental monitoring, review batch records, and assist in training in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail and strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process monitoring (weight, thickness, hardness, disintegration, friability) of manufacturing operations.
• Use good documentation practices in daily tasks.
• Collect in-process and finished product samples as required.
• Support collection of microbiological samples per procedure as required.
• Perform room inspections/clearances as required.
• Release batch records for Commercial and IP batches.
• Conduct AQL sampling and inspections as required.
• Identify and report non-conformances to management.
