Job summary

NOW Health Group INC. is seeking an Inspector I to support quality control across multiple areas including incoming, in-process, and packaging inspection. You will review documentation, perform sampling, and ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs while communicating issues to the team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and related inspection experience. Prior QA exposure is preferred and safety is prioritized in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with general inspection procedures and basic computer skills are preferred.
• Experience in a quality department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process materials, finished products, and incoming materials for quality.
• Review COC/COA and ensure documentation is complete.
• Perform random in-process testing to verify operator results.
• Release materials for use and document results and observations.
• Communicate problems or out-of-specifications to supervisor and operations personnel.
• Assist investigations and participate in root-cause analysis as needed.
• Place product on hold to investigate quality issues and ensure GMP compliance.
