Heico is seeking an orderly and detail-oriented inspector to receive parts from customers and vendors, inspect for damage, and ensure parts meet specifications. You will prepare repair documents using ACI software and become proficient with measuring devices. The role emphasizes inventory control and adherence to ISO procedures.

You will handle calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges, read blueprints, and maintain stock levels while communicating with customers and internal teams.

Competenze

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• 3 months to 2 years ACI experience or related outside experience.
• Must speak, read and write English.
• Must be capable of reading blueprints.

Mansioni

• Log in, inspect and analyze parts that are shipped/mailed in from other companies or clients for service.
• Read repair instructions and produce repair (Traveler) documents.
• Contact customer for information and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Requisition detail components and maintain inventory/stock levels.
• Work at a computer console entering parts and use computer software system.
• Be able to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).
• Operate power hand tool to mark parts.
• Use chemical cleaners on parts.
• Sandblast parts.
