Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years experience in eligibility determination/interviewing, clerical work, customer service, and/or data entry.
• Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling two (2) years may substitute for the required education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process complex eligibility determinations for multiple income support programs.
• Provide employment assistance to a diverse population.
• Coordinate client utilization of multiple public assistance programs which may contain conflicting eligibility criteria.
• Provide case management in compliance with federal and state regulations, performance measures, and mandated timeliness.
