• Assist teachers in providing an appropriate educational environment
• Establish new objectives from appraisal findings and present to ARD committee
• Redesign curriculum to fit new objectives and suggest alternative teaching methods
• Co-teach or support in-class for specified subjects
• Provide remedial or tutorial assistance to students
• Coordinate with special education staff to meet needs of students
• Maintain confidential records and complete year-end evaluations
• Fulfill campus duties for the needs of special education students
