Job summary

The Psychology Department at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay invites applications for an Assistant Teaching Professor of Psychology. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Psychopathology/Abnormal Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy, Theories of Counseling, Counseling Microskills, and related courses across modalities (in-person and online).

Qualifications

• Earned Master’s in Psychology in an applied field from an accredited institution or anticipated prior to starting date.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching online and in-person.
• Commitment to undergraduate and graduate education.

Responsibilities

• Teach 27 credits of undergraduate and/or graduate courses per academic year in multiple modalities.
• Attend faculty meetings and serve on committees; mentor undergraduates.
• Implement inclusive instructional strategies to support underrepresented and first-generation students.
