Job summary

The Castle Hill YMCA, part of the YMCA of Greater New York, seeks an Inclusion Specialist to create an inclusive, supportive environment for children with diverse abilities. You will lead activities, guide staff, and implement behavior and social-emotional supports within Afterschool programming.

Responsibilities include coordinating with program leadership, maintaining accommodation plans, and connecting families with mental health resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Two years’ experience with children under 13 preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
