Leominster Public Schools in Leominster, MA is seeking an Administrator of Inclusive Practices. This district-wide role leads the Special Education Department to design, implement, and sustain high-quality inclusive education models, including co-teaching.

The administrator will oversee teacher coaching, professional development, IEP processes, and data-driven monitoring to improve outcomes for all learners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Massachusetts Special Education Administrator license required.
  • Extensive experience with special education and inclusive teaching practices.
  • Experience leading aco-teaching models and small-group instruction.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience in evaluations and coaching.
  • Experience directing professional development and PLCs focused on co-planning, data-driven instruction, and student progress monitoring.
  • Experience coaching staff to support inclusive practices and co-teaching.
  • Strong knowledge of MA standards and inclusive teaching practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support high-quality inclusive education models, including co-teaching.
  • Lead or participate in complex IEP meetings as necessary.
  • Coach teachers and staff through inclusive practices and student-centered lessons.
  • Develop and lead professional development and PLC initiatives on data-driven instruction.
  • Use disaggregated data to monitor student outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
