Job summary

EdAdvance is seeking a Community Coach for the University Pathways Program (UPP) at Post University in Waterbury, CT. The role supports students with diverse abilities (17-22) in a fully inclusive college experience, under supervision of program leadership. Pay range is up to $24/hour based on experience.

The position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, safety, and adherence to behavior plans, with a commitment to professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Must be able to withstand the physical demands of frequent standing, bending, kneeling and provide assistance as required with ability to lift 10+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support academic, functional, and behavioral needs of students.
• Maintain timely written documentation and data collection.
• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals, including hygiene and personal care.
