RHA Health Services in Concord, NH seeks an Employment Support Professional to coordinate a wide range of supportive employment services, including preparation for employment, job development, placement, and follow-up to ensure job retention.

The role operates within the Individual Supportive Employment model with Long-Term Vocational Supports, requiring collaboration with treatment teams and commitment to client advocacy and privacy regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• At least 1 year experience working with intellectually developmentally disabled persons, mental health, substance abuse, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting and job placement.
• Pre-employment screening and valid Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate clinical integration with Employment Support Professionals as part of the clinical team and collaborate on employment plans.
• Assist clients in deciding whether to disclose disability to an employer, promoting self-determination.
• Provide vocational assessment, job development, training, and follow-up support.
• Receive, review, and file documents and reports including time studies and client satisfaction surveys.
• Establish a job matrix to support client employment interests and match job-seeking clients with employers.
• Provide ongoing client support and on-site job coaching to ensure success and satisfaction.
