Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting and job placement.
• Knowledge of disabilities, privacy laws, and consumer rights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Clinical team integration with Employment Support Professionals as members of a clinical team.
• Assist clients in deciding whether to disclose their disability to an employer and promote self-determination.
• Provide support for vocational assessment, job development, training, and follow-up.
• Review and organize documents and reports including time studies and performance ratings.
• Establish a job matrix to support employment interests and engage clients.
• Provide ongoing individual support and encouragement to clients.
• Match job seekers with employers using job placement skills.
• Provide follow-along supports and on-site job coaching to ensure client success.
• Develop client employment goals and job support plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation for billing, assessment and treatment progress.
• Observe clients in multiple settings to ensure policy compliance.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in human services

Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting and job placement

Experience with disabilities, mental health, and privacy laws
